Cormica Appoints Kishore Hotha as General Manager of TPM Laboratories
Cormica, a leading provider of analytical chemistry, microbiology, and physical testing services for the pharmaceutical, medical device, and combination product industries, has appointed Dr. Kishore Hotha as General Manager of TPM Laboratories.
Dr. Hotha brings 20 years of international experience in analytical sciences, operational leadership, and regulatory strategy, having worked across the U.S., U.K., India, and China. He has a proven record of transforming regional testing facilities into globally compliant, commercially scalable analytical platforms within CRO and CDMO environments. His expertise spans small and large molecules, with a particular focus on CMC sections for regulatory submissions.

Over his career, Dr. Hotha has supported more than 100 regulatory submissions, including INDs, NDAs, and ANDAs, and has successfully navigated multiple FDA audits. As a prolific scientific author with over 100 publications, he is widely recognised for his contributions to analytical development, regulatory strategy, and laboratory operations.
His leadership has consistently delivered scientific excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational growth.
